There is one simple fact . Unless you are Google or you are paying for 1st page placement in Google ad words you cannot fall for guaranteed first page ranking. Ok now is it possible to achieve first page ranking of course. All I am saying is if your talking with someone and they are guaranteeing you first page ranking on Google. Throw out all red flags….
