Part 1 of 10
Take Your Business to the Next Level with Social Media
Most consumers see businesses as profit driven machines. Regardless of how much a company professes their commitment to customer service, it can be difficult for customers to trust a faceless claim. Fortunately, social media helps businesses earn their customer’s trust, while transforming their customers into friends.
Social media is a great way to familiarize potential customers with your business. The more familiar that a consumer is with your business, the easier it will be for him or her to trust your products, services, and commitment to their satisfaction. After all, you or one of your employees had to take time out of their busy schedule to connect with consumers through social media, reinforcing your obvious commitment to your customers.
When a business creates a Facebook, Twitter, or other social account, they are given the opportunity to “friend” or “follow” their customers and potential customers. This makes it easy for consumers to view the business, read about promotions, and get a feel for the personality behind the company. Business owners would be shocked to discover how quickly customers begin to view their company as their friend, instead another faceless company trying to sell them something.
